A small team part of a larger health insurance company was tasked to innovate the way health insurance is conducted and to improve the client facing experience. No easy task, right?
As you could imagine there were many opposing forces and disagreements on how to go about this. The team was able to openly admit they were not getting along, and were not on the same page.
During Sway’s conflict resolution sessions, the team created a safe space where they could have candid conversations about what they were truly feeling. Some even admitted they no longer wanted to be a part of this particular team. These honest conversations were a catalyst for a much needed change within the team dynamics. This gave them the opportunity to not just work with one another, but to invest in each other personally as well. Essentially, The Enneagram gave them communication tools that fostered a space to have vulnerable conversations about team dynamics, and life.
