Spend 90 minutes learning how to run, facilitate and lead virtual spaces with PCC level coach, Ashlee Sikorski. You will leave with: tools on how to interact with your team digitally, connection tips for different learning styles, setting up a call, do/don't of virtual spaces and a space for applied learning.

Ashlee Sikorski is a PCC credentialed coach based in Portland, Oregon. She works with organizations to build an advantageous team culture through human connection. She is a coach and owner at Sway Leadership, a leadership development company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Vanguard University and a Graduate Certificate in Transformational Coaching from Western Seminary where she now adjunct teaches. She also studied at the CP Enneagram Academy and is a practitioner of the Enneagram personality theory. That is what led her to found the Nine Shapes Project, which is a container to facilitate meaningful conversations.
