Jessica Lynn Taylor Ph.D. has dedicated her life to personal growth and developing others. She is passionate about the transformation of people and organizations through simple and proven methods. She works at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusive Development. Jessica is also an Executive Coach specializing in Organizational Development and Culturally Responsive Leadership. For over a decade Jessica has been changing lives using a values-centered approach and strategic vision casting infused with cultural humility. She lives in Portland Oregon with her husband and two little girls and enjoys milkshakes pretending to be coffee.
