Jonathan Dumas, MS
Organizational Psychologist
Jonathan brings his creativity and charisma in his coaching, consulting and facilitation. He specializes in helping leaders eliminate the line between their “work-self” and their “personal-self” in order for them to be their full authentic selves in both.
He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Diversity and Leadership and is passionate about empowering leaders to create equitable spaces for those around them.
Over the last decade, Jonathan has coached and consulted leaders in higher education, non-profit organizations, and for-profit organizations on creating sustainable and thriving cultures that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
In his spare time, he can be found recording his podcast, playing basketball, cooking with his wife, Lindsay, exploring new cities, and enjoying good food and drinks with friends.
