Acknowledge the Change.

The idea is to name any change for yourself. After naming it for yourself have your team collectively identify what has changed. For example, has anything been restructured, have people left the team, or have you hit any project milestones?

Here are some guiding questions to help you & your team identify any changes:

  • What are key lessons we took away from the pandemic?

  • How will this shape our values moving forward?

  • What actions do we want to take to reflect on this evolution of values?

  • How can we hold one another responsible to maintain our new found values?

The reason we invite the team into "naming the change", is because it's co-collaborative and it moves the office culture to become synergetic.
